Bisibele Bath
Cook: ¼ cup rice + ¼ Toor dal + desired vegetables + 3 cup water in a pressure cooker; keep aside.
Tadka: 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan; Add ¼ tsp of mustard seeds + 1 tbsp cashew nuts + curry leaves + 1 diced onion + 1 diced capsicum, Sauté well.
Add: 5 tsp Mantrupti Bisibele Bath Powder + 3 tbsp tamarind pulp + salt, cook well.
Transfer the masala to pressure cooker, mix well and cook on low flame without lid for 10 minutes. Serve Hot with Chips / Kara Boondi.
