Chicken Masala
Take 1 KG cleaned Chicken.
In Mixer add 1 onion, 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 cup coriander leaves, ½ cup pudina leaves, 3 Tbsp (50 grams) Rajadhya Chicken Masala Powder, 130 grams shredded coconut. Grind into fine paste.
In cooker add 2 Tbsp oil, ½ chopped onion, small amount of pudina, small amount of coriander leaves, salt as per taste, add chilli powder is required, pinch of turmeric powder. Add cleaned chicken, saute well. Cook for 5 minutes. Now add the grinded paste, mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add required amount of water, salt if required. Cook for 15 minutes or 2 whistles in cooker. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves, Serve Hot with rice or chapati.
