Fish Curry
Add 50 grams of Rajadhya Fish Curry Masala Powder, 200 grams of grated coconut, ½ onion (optional), 6 – 8 cleaned garlic flakes, required amount of tamarind, grind into fine paste.
Transfer the paste into vessel, add 1 tbsp finely cut ginger, 1 – 2 green chilli (optional), add salt if required, add required amount of water / coconut milk, Cook until boil (for about 5 – 6 minutes). Add 1 Kg cleaned Fish, cook in low flame until done. Garnish with Coriander. Serve Hot.
