Fish Fry
Take 50 grams Rajadhya Fish Fry masala, add 20 grams of Grinded garlic, 10 grams of grinded ginger, add 1 egg, add lime water / Tamarind water, Salt if required, mix well.
Apply the paste to ½ Kg Fish / Prawns and Keep if for soaking for 20 minutes.
In a pan add required amount of oil, fry the soaked Fish / Prawn. Add curry leaves (optional). Serve Hot.
