Rasam
3 tbsp dal + 3 cups water + 1 pinch turmeric & cook it; keep aside.
Boil: 2 tbsp tamarind pulp + ½ tsp jaggery + 1 chopped tomato + 2 tbsp Mantrupti Rasam Powder + 1 cup water. Add cooked dal, boil for 6 – 8 minutes.
