Refund and Returns Policy
We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, you can request a refund within our specified timeframe.
Return Period
You have 5 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
Eligibility
Items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Our Customer Service Representative will guide you through the return process. Once your shipment is received, we will process your return within 2 to 5 business days and credit your account with the cost of the returned item using the original payment method. You will be notified of the transaction via email or phone. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the item cost, including taxes, is eligible for a refund.
- For exchanges, you will be responsible for paying any difference in price between the exchanged item and the new one.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. Contact us if you find the item defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food) and custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). If you have questions about your specific item, please reach out to us. Note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once completed. To return an item, you must follow our return process to receive a refund.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return it and, upon acceptance of the return, place a new order for the replacement item.
Incorrect Address Returns
If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, a customer service representative will contact you to confirm whether you wish to cancel or reship the order. Any reshipping costs will be billed to you after verifying your shipping details.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been inspected and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at customercare@kvprfs.com.
