Sambar
3 tbsp dal + 4 cup water +1 pinch turmeric powder + 250g desired cut vegetables & Cook.
Grind: 2 tbsp Mantrupti Sambar Powder + 4 tsp coconut + ½ cup water, Add to cooked dal and vegetables.
Add: 2 tbsp of tamarind pulp + required amount of Salt + 1 tsp jaggery (optional). Boil for 10 minutes.
Tadka: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan + add ½ tsp of mustard seeds + curry leaves + pinch of asafoetida & add to Sambar.
